-Bedroom furnished in coastal boho style with comfy Saatva organic bed. Decor pictured not included.
-Vaulted ceilings, slider door with balcony and large window for ample natural light and cross breeze. View from balcony looking up to the coastal mountain ridge and beautiful sunset colors.
-Central heat/air, though rarely needed.
- Complex pool and fitness center located right next door.
- Parking for one vehicle (I use the garage).
- 9-minute drive to Salt Creek Beach.
-Short drive to Dana Point and Laguna Beach.
-Quiet community in the coastal mountains with beautiful views and peaceful nature sounds.

About the Home:
This is a quiet, low-key environment—ideal for someone who values a peaceful living space. I keep a very clean home (no shoes worn inside, I clean my dog’s feet and she’s not allowed on furniture). I’m looking for someone who naturally lives the same way. I hate clutter and keep a very tidy home.

-I have one sweet senior dog who mostly sleeps all day. I often take her with me on outings.
-I have an amazing 12 year old daughter that stays with me periodically throughout the year, when not in school. (5 wks of summer, week-long holidays, sporadic weekends)
-I work outside of the home with a somewhat set schedule.
