-Vaulted ceilings, slider door with balcony and large window for ample natural light and cross breeze. In the evening, watch the sunset colors change over the mountain ridge from your balcony.
-Central heat/air, though rarely needed.
- Cozy gas fireplace in living room.
- Complex pool and fitness center located right next door.
- Permit parking for one vehicle (I use the garage).

-I enjoy staying active and fit.
-I have one quiet, very well behaved senior ESA dog who sleeps most of the day. I often take her with me on outings.
-I have a 12 year old daughter that stays with me periodically throughout the year. (5 wks of summer, week-long holidays, sporadic weekends)
-I work outside of the home with a somewhat set schedule.
