Hello!

I am looking for 1 more roommate for my condo in Laguna Niguel. It has 1 master bedroom and a loft. The loft is rented. I live on premises. There are 1 and 1/2 bathroom with one shower. Washer and dryer in the unit. There is a pool. Freeway and shopping close and best of all, 5 miles from the beaches. It is a safe, quiet community. I am semi retired and an artist. The other roommate is in her late 20s, works and is very sweet. I do prefer a sober home and no smoking. We are lgbtq friendly. Also, no overnight guests and do prefer low traffic/visitors. So a quiet, safe, creative place to call home😊
Rent is $1250 plus 1/3 utilities. Let me know if you’d like to come see it😊
