The apartment currently has two full-time working individuals (1 35 y/o male and 1 33 y/o female) who are gone most of the week day and out on weekends. We each work 60 hours a week accounting jobs and dine out/go out on the weekends. Other important information:
- no cats or dogs can stay in the unit
- no smoking
-utilities not included
- must have job and verifiable income
- non-furnished bedroom
- no guests (this goes for all tenants, us included)

Application fee of $125 is due if you decide to join the lease. Security deposit is equal to monthly rent. Background and credit checks will be conducted.
