Hello,
I have a super cute room that's available for the right person for $1350 in a beautiful neighborhood with community pools and tennis courts in Laguna Niguel. Bike ride to Strand Beach is 10 minutes.
Either furnished or unfurnished. You choose! The room has it's own bathroom and shower with a sunny private deck that opens with slider glass doors.

The apartment itself is very private with great natural lighting, tall ceilings and high-end appliances. There are two outside decks total (one would be yours). I have great air-conditioning, tennis and pickle ball courts.
The floors are natural wood and the walls are white. I'm located in a beautiful area surrounded by many walking and biking paths (only 10 minutes on my bike to the beach without riding on the street and dealing with cars!). Shopping close by.
I've lived in this beautiful area for over three years. I love to hike, ride bikes and workout. I always love a fun Farmer's Market and enjoy looking toward possibilities in life and being around authentic, positive people. I like a clean place to live but I'm not neurotic about it.
I enjoy my space and time alone and respect yours 100%!
I'm a photographer that works on location in LA, San Diego and locally. Looking for a roommate who works outside the home. Hope to meet you if that sounds like a good fit.
