Hi there! I'm looking for one roommate to share the apartment on a 12-month lease beginning August 28, 2026 and ending August 27, 2027.

A little about me: I'm 27 and work as a teacher and project manager. I work remotely from home and am generally a homebody. I keep the apartment clean and enjoy a quiet, respectful living environment and am rather unimposing. : )

I'm looking for someone around my age (27) who is a working professional, clean, responsible, respectful, and a non-smoker. No pets!

The security deposit is $250 (half of the $500 deposit). Renters insurance is approximately $103 for your half of the annual policy. Utilities, including internet, average about $200/month per person.

Parking is available through the apartment community, subject to availability. Current options are approximately $50/month for an uncovered space or $150/month for a garage.
