Professional, Gay Couple seeks a Roomie (preferably male) to share our home with. The room will be available September 1, 2026 with a 3-month minimum agreement. Deposit is one month's rent. Rent "INCLUDES" all Utilities, and Internet.

The ideal person is independent, active, and enjoys having their own routine. An individual who works (not work from home), travels, enjoys weekend getaways, or is frequently out and about. Someone who doesn’t spend a lot of time cooking at home and tends to keep meals simple or eats out would be an especially good fit.

We’re looking for someone who keeps a relatively simple lifestyle at home, keeps the shared areas clean, and appreciates a quiet, relaxed environment. A good fit would be someone who values privacy, cleanliness, mutual respect, and a peaceful home environment.

The house has 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms. You share a guest bathroom. Room for rent is 10x14 feet, partially furnished (dresser and night stand). Non-Smoking and pets are not allowed. Amenities include access to and use of the washer-dryer and kitchen. The house is conveniently located off La Paz Road with access to Interstate 5, 405, as well as the 73 toll road, and less than 20 minutes to the Irvine Spectrum or Laguna Beach.

The property is walking distance to multiple restaurants, including, American (Ironwood), Greek (Greek Bistro), Italian (Villa Roma), Mexican (Flamingos Mexican Grill), and other shops in Laguna Hills.
