I'm semi-retired and involved in a community project and a part-time wellness practice. My home is peaceful, clean, and quiet, and I'm looking for someone who appreciates the same. • Queen bed with an excellent mattress

• 5 minutes to the I-5 and I-405
• Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Mother's Market, and Hoag, Saddleback, and Mission hospitals
• Near walking and hiking trails and local gyms
Included: All utilities (reasonable use), Wi-Fi, laundry, and light kitchen privileges
Shared bathroom with one other tidy, quiet, minimalist lodger
Parking: Street parking in the community and nearby
Household guidelines:
• Substance-free home: no smoking, drugs, or alcohol on the premises or coming home intoxicated
• Resident cat, so please consider allergies; no additional pets
• Not suited to work-from-home or remote-work arrangements
• Quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces
Terms: Month-to-month or semester-friendly terms available. Rent: $1200/month, deposit $500.
