1) Every other week, the neighbor's 2 boys (under age 8) and total of 4 children makes noises. They are cute and friendly, but boys are boys.
2) This 914 unit condo community has rooms in the lower floor called Caves. Basically, the lower floor has rooms with exposed but barricaded hillside.
3) The female resident owner is messy, careful with hygiene, has 1.75 page of house rules, and is somewhat indifferent to tenant's woe's in life.
