House is built on the side of the hill and is 4 levels. The bottom level is fitted as a separate apartment with separate entrance with 2 bedrooms, shared bath, kitchenette, laundry, and living area. The back garden with patio and barbecue is available to tenants. I live on the premises but the apartment is separate.

One bedroom is available. The room is about 10 x 12, and view into the garden and canyon. Furnished with a new queen bed, dresser, and night stand. All utilities included, your own parking spot, laundry. The apartment is shared with another tenant (male) who has been here long term, and who has a small dog. $1500/mo. Deposit $1500.
