Looking for a roommate for my roommates

Hi, I’m looking for someone to move in, this January 2026, for my 2 roommates at the Artisan apartments in Laguna Beach. (afab ONLY) You’d be sharing the primary room, with one of them. It has a walk in closet and full bath attached. Base rent is $915. Apartment Details: It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath, on the second floor. We don’t have a chore chart but do like to keep the place clean. There is parking in the complex. Laundry unit on sight in the apartment. There’s a community pool and fitness center, as well as sports ball courts. It is gated and doors have lock pads instead of traditional keys. About the roomies Polite, Respectful, Quiet, Clean, Students. One morning person, one night owl, but both are very considerate of their noise level while others are asleep. We’re also trying to find someone who can take over as garantor or who has a parent who can.
