I’m 59-old professional living alone in a 3-bed/2-bath house in a quiet private community opposite the Montage Hotel with beautiful panoramas and beaches within walking distance to the heart of Laguna Beach. I live and work in the city almost 10 years. I'm an organized person, considerate, quiet, accommodating, neat, clean and friendly. Although I'm a social person, my privacy is equally important, so I choose to keep to myself. Do not smoke, do drugs or drink. I love biking, workout, cooking, and traveling.

I have one furnished room with TV for rent, including the private bathroom, your own second refrigerator in the laundry room, separate kitchen cabinets with guest dishes and utensils, parking space right in front of the house and about 300 ft from the Community Clubhouse, Pool & SPA with individual access.
Rent is $1,500/month ($1,500 security deposit).
Utilities are usually around $150-$250 per person, depending on the season. Paying monthly, move in anytime.

Looking for someone who values a safe, peaceful living environment in a great location. No pets, no smoking/drugs.
