Downtown Laguna & Adorable

I'm looking for a clean, positive, and easy-going roommate to share my adorable place on a month-to-month basis.

I'm looking for someone who can preferably either stay with my dog during my out-of-house meetings or has a dog that can be a companion for my dog.

The living spaces are shared, but I have my own TV in my room so I don't use the living room often. The place has three total parking spaces available – two in the garage and one outside. Also, the apartment has AC and we share internet with the neighbor, so it’s affordable.

Cats are not allowed due to allergies.

A little bit about me, aside from being a dog lover, I enjoy dancing, the beach, tennis, pickleball, biking, sailing, paddleboarding, and other outdoor activities. I’m easygoing about a lot of things, but I do like to keep things clean and I’m a light sleeper, so a respectful roommate is important to me. That said, I usually stay up pretty late and sleep with white noise on, so it’s not usually an issue.
