The Guest Room in Ladera

Our cozy guest room is in a bedroom condominium that is occupied by the owner. We are opening it up to a lodger on a monthtomonth basis. Ladera Ranch is known for its beautiful treelined streets, family friendly atmosphere and rolling hills with multiple hiking and biking trails, some with a coastal view. Our home is approximately mins west of the freeway, mins from Saddleback Community College, mins from Soka University and Irvine Valley College. We are just up the street from Providence Mission Hospital and the Mission Viejo Mall. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and TV. Light use of the kitchen is ok on request. We've done our best to ensure it has everything needed for comfort and function. There is an adjacent bathroom and laundry room with newly updated washer and dryer. All utilities and internet are included. Monthly cleaning services are included as well. Lodgers will need to have a min credit score of , a solid renttoincome ratio, and a clear background check.
