Additional Person(s): $1200 includes utilities for 1 person. An additional $150 per individual to cover additional utilities.

Utilities include Internet, water, electricity, gas, trash, and sewage.

Property has 2 Australian shepherd dogs. Ellie (female) will not allow additional dogs.

Street sweeping on Tuesdays, alternative parking is available.

Move-In Cost: 1st month, + Security Deposit.

Down security deposit $1200

Here is the application process:

1. Fill out an application sent via email or picked up in person.
2. Schedule a time to check out the room + Interview (for us to get to know you, your living patterns, and for us to answer any questions you may have)
3. Turn in a filled-out application with email, present 2 forms of ID, and verification of employment (3 most recent pay stubs)
4. After application review, a background and credit check will be performed through MySmartMove, a link sent to your email.
