Located in La Palma, CA , we have one () single bedroom in a single family twostory house available for monthtomonth rent. We are located minutes off the fwy at Carmenita Road and are central to bigger cities north west east south.

This location is central to both LA & OC cities from Fullerton to Costa Mesa Huntington & Long Beach, South Bay and West LA, & DTLA, to Hacienda & Rowland Heights.

The room comes fully furnished and all major utilities are included with the monthly rent. You will share the upstairs hallway bathroom and will be expected to keep it clean & tidy, also recurring alternately, with other tenant in weekly cleaning. Light cooking in kitchen is permitted.

We are specifically seeking a fulltime student or fulltime young working professional as the ideal resident. References andwill be requested.
