Private room available for rent starting April 20 located in La Palma. The room has a nice walk-in closet, the house is 2400sqft and has been newly painted and flooring redone all throughout with luxury vinyl. The bathrooms have also been completely remodeled with updated countertops, marble-like tile throughout the shower area, newly tiled flooring, and newly installed sinks. The house is 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms.

I (my name is Brandon, nice meeting you) will be living in the house along with my 2 dogs (German Shepherd/Husky mix and Staffordshire Terrier). Both are well trained and friendly dogs, but they will spend most of their time in their own space consisting of the backyard and back sunroom. Feel free to interact with them as you please. There is another male tenant and a middle aged couple who are extremely friendly and clean as well. We are all working professionals, and are looking for another clean and considerate person to share the space.

The house will have all the necessary appliances: washer/dryer, refrigerator, some furniture and dinner table. Bedrooms are located on the second level with the kitchen and common areas on the ground level. There is plenty of street parking in the very safe and beautiful neighborhood (La Palma is consistently voted as one of the nicest and safest cities in southern California).

Monthly rent will be $949/mo plus shared utilities (ranges $50-$70/mo). First month's rent plus security deposit equal to rent due upon move in. Please, no additional pets at this time. Move in date can be immediate. Prefer at least 6 month lease to a year. If this ad is still up the room is still available.
