• Private bathroom
• Kitchenette with fridge and microwave
• Washer & dryer, located in the garage.
• One assigned off-street parking spot
• Air conditioner - hot and cold AC.

• All utilities with normal use: internet, electricity, water, and trash
Good to Know
• Home sits on a hillside with uneven ground, steps — best for someone comfortable with a rural-style layout
• We’re surrounded by nature, so you may spot the occasional bug, lizard, or other local wildlife passing through — all part of the charm of hillside living!
• We have two friendly chickens who live in their coop on the common patio
• No pets, please

House Rules
• No overnight guests
• No smoking, drugs, or substance use of any kind
• We keep the property calm, clean, and respectful

Rental Terms
• Month-to-month lease, for flexibility.
• Background check required.
• Income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent
• Female preferred
