Nice room with private bathroom

We have a nice bedroom with private bathroom and private entrance on a quiet Cul-de-sac street. Perfect for students or working professionals who need a safe, clean, quiet place to stay. We have closed off the room to the rest of the house so there is no kitchen access, although tenant is welcome to bring mini fridge and microwave. Tenant will have laundry access as coordinated with landlord. Parking in driveway, or street with permit ($37/yr paid to city of La Habra). We are a married couple with a 2 year-old daughter and another baby on the way. We have a small elderly dog who is not at all aggressive. But again, the room is separate from the rest of the house. Our neighbors are all friendly and our location is close to everything (Costco, Target, Walmart, movie theater, Sprouts, CVS, Northgate Market, cafes, hair salons, gas stations, gyms, parks, etc.) We are looking for a respectful quiet tenant, preferably female considering my wife and baby daughter. Utilities and wifi included!
