Room 1 includes a California king bed and desk. One assigned garage space is available with this room for an additional $50 per month. Room 2 includes a queen bed, desk, sofa, and an included driveway parking space.
Tenants have full access to the spacious shared living room with a large TV, gaming consoles and board games, plus a brand-new kitchen with two refrigerators, two microwaves and a dishwasher. An in-house washer and dryer and a small backyard gym with a treadmill are also available.

The owner lives on-site, works a hybrid schedule and maintains a relaxed, friendly household while respecting everyone’s privacy. All utilities are included except electricity, which is divided equally among household members.
