Room comes with its own attached bathroom. No in-unit washer/dryer. It’s shared laundry however only 2 of the neighbors use it but there’s good laundromats around too. You’ll have your own garage parking as well but there is also street parking in the front. No pets, no children, no smoking, no drugs.

I like keeping the home peaceful, super clean, and comfortable. I work from home and try to live an active life & be overall healthy. I’m considerate of shared spaces, communicate well, and appreciate a good balance between being friendly, having fun, and respecting personal space. I do have guests once in a while, nothing crazy.
