Hi! My boyfriend and I currently rent a 2bd 2bth apartment in La Habra. We have 2 precious cats that live with us and would like for anyone who moves in to be okay with cats.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a quiet professional to move into the second room. Preferably someone who spends a lot of time working or going to school! Our unit is strictly nonsmoking. (This is a dealbreaker for us). We are both big on communication so we are looking for someone who can communicate as soon as anything arises. We would prefer no more pets but this is negotiable

About us:
I am currently a student at CSUF and spend most of my time there. On my free time I teach students. I am very clean and like to keep the home clean. One of my hobbies is cooking delicious meals and treats! (I always share!)

My boyfriend is a working professional who graduated last year with his Bachelors degree in music performance from CSUF. He is very quiet and stays to himself. On his free time he likes to write music and hang out with our cats.

We have two precious cats who basically sleep all day. They have never shown signs of aggression and are total cuddle bugs. They are both spayed and neutered.
