The house is located at the intersection of major cross streets, Whittier and Harbor. I'm seeking a roommate to share my newly remodeled home. It's a clean, well-kept place. $1075 + $1075 deposit with everything included (internet & utilities). We'll split the electricity bill for the summer months so everyone can chill.

- Plenty of parking as it's a corner house
- No shoes in the house, but house slippers are fine

Attention:
Absolutely no drama. Must have a full-time job or attend school full-time. Must respect the common area, as the house is clean and well-maintained. If you have a boy/girlfriend, they can stay over occasionally.

About the Roomies:
We are 3 chill guys. I'm a professional who works from home. My brother and the other roommate are 9-5 working professionals. You will be sharing the restroom with the other roommates.

Chores:
The only real chore is taking out the trash, which we alternate, and cleaning up after ourselves in the common area. You’ll have your own drying rack and storage space to help organize things.
