Looking for a single female roommate
Rent : $1800 ($1,775 + $25 for water expense)
Location: Irvine, CA
Move in date: May 17th-20th

Hi! I'm a 30 year old female. I live at the Promenade apartments at Irvine Spectrum. I will have a room available starting on May 17th. The room comes with it's own spacious bathroom that has a shower. So you'd have a bathroom in your room as well as a good sized closet. The apartment also has a washing and a drying machine.

The apartment in total is around $3,935 a month, depending on how much utilities are being used. But $1,775/month + $25 for water ($1800) would be your set price which includes all the other utilities + all the things that the apartment complex has to offer.

You would have a digital key that gives you access to the pool, jacuzzi spa, and 24 hr gym here at the apartment complex. It’s a big size gym with all you need. There’s also amazing walking/running/biking trails right behind our building and a really nice Cafe and Market at the apartment complex which is right next to the apartment. They have really fun events throughout the year and karaoke night every Thursday night.

You will also be receiving a mail key and a gate sticker that gives you access to have a private parking spot in the garage at our building.

Your rent + water expense ($1,800) a month, will be due on the 1st day of every month. We could also split the cost for paper towels and toilet paper (whenever I get the big packs at Costco) if that’s something you’d be interested in doing. But there's a water dispenser in the apartment which we would split the cost for the (3) 5 gallon water jugs that get delivered every month. It's around $50 a month and so it would only be about $25 each.

This apartment is very aesthetic and so is the complex. It honestly looks like and feels like you're at a really nice vacation resort.

With all that being said, I believe it's best to find a roommate where we would be compatible in some ways in order for our environment to be a healthy living space. What I'm looking for in a roommate:

● Age: between (27-35 years old)
● someone where their faith and relationship with God are actually important to them
● A person who is kind, respectful, down to earth, responsible, enjoys having a positive energy, and a great communicator who understands emotional intelligence
🔘 Someone who’s more on the introvert side or an ambivert (that’s what I am haha) who has a balance between introvert and extrovert :)
● A person who knows how to clean well and be organized and who will clean up after themselves whenever making any messes. *All cleaning supplies will be provided and we will deep clean the apartment once a month*
● A person who does not do any kind of drugs and does not do any kind of smoking. (Drugs, Smoking, and Weed are not allowed in the apartment)
● A person who doesn't struggle with alcohol (preferably someone who doesn't drink at all or who just casually drinks when she goes out to an event or something) in other words, someone who is not an alcoholic
● Someone who also desires to live in a loving, safe, fun, peaceful, and a healthy harmonious home
● Someone who is self aware and handles conflict well, who is able to communicate respectfully, if there is ever a misunderstanding.
● Someone who also loves animals. I know it's silly but it would be hard for me to connect with someone who hates animals or even kids. (I'm a part time nanny and I sometimes do pet-sitting on the side haha :) ) -*Can’t be allergic to cats or dogs
● Someone who is open with sometimes having roommate hangouts and check-ins :) I believe if we are intentional with having some quality time together, the better the atmosphere will be in our living space.
● Someone who is creative in any way or who wouldn't mind hearing me sing sometimes since I'm currently recording some vocals for a music album and just enjoy singing sometimes. (I most likely wont be singing whenever youre in the apartment tho. The majority of the time, I only sing when I'm alone in the apartment)
● Someone who doesn't thrive off of negativity & drama.
● Someone who is empathetic, has emotional intelligence, and who understands boundaries.
*I want the apartment to be a healthy, supportive, positive, understanding, and peaceful place.

● Someone who is considerate and responsible, and who is able to pay their rent on time. The rent is due on the 1st of every month and I'm looking for someone who knows that they will be able to afford to pay $1,800 on the 1st of every month.

🔘 Friends and significant others are welcome to visit as long as it doesn’t become an every single day thing where it starts feeling like the person lives at the apartment.
