Private Bed & Bath in Irvine | Spacious Layout

Private bed + bath in a quiet, clean apartment at Sofi Irvine Apartments (gated community). The unit has a large shared living room in the middle, creating a great sense of space and privacy between the two rooms. You’ll be taking over the left side of the apartment (see attached floor plan), while I’m on the right side.

Super convenient location—right by I-405 and just minutes from Diamond Jamboree (tons of great food, coffee spots, and H Mart Irvine). Perfect if you want a chill, low-key place that still feels central :)

Utilities (electricity + internet + misc.) are split separately. Including rent and utilities, total monthly cost has always come out to under $2,000 over the past year. Parking is solid, we each get a space at a garage downstairs with no additional charge.

My current roommate will be taking some of the living room furniture with her, so it’s a plus if you have items like a couch, coffee table, or TV stand—but not required at all, just something we can coordinate on.

I'm a 35-year-old female working full-time at a law firm, so I tend to have a busy schedule. I work from home a few days a week, though my hours can vary.

I’m easygoing and respectful of shared spaces—not a neat freak, but I do value a clean and organized home environment. In my free time (when work allows 😅), I enjoy watching TV, doing Pilates, going on hikes, long walks, and catching sunsets.

Overall, the vibe at home is calm, low-key, and respectful, with a good balance—I value a peaceful environment but also enjoy unwinding and having fun when I can! :)
