👀LOOKING: For someone to take over my roommates 6m lease or 12m lease with a Master bath and private bathroom and two different entrances.

My boyfriend and I have been living at skyloft apartments & absolutely love it here. Our current roommate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to join our lease. The apartment is spacious, modern, and conveniently located right off the 405 at Main & Jamboree, but the amenities is what gravitates you to a place like this 2 different Vegas/resort style pools, with cabanas, fireplaces, and tv, 2 jaczuzzi’s, daily coffee bar w espresso machine, lounge areas with pool tables and great for BBQs, a whole bar area on rooftop pool space, golf simulator, state of the art gym w a climbing wall, gated in garage parking, the leasing office is like a conceirage as well which hosts complimentary “Sushi & Sake Night” to get to know your neighbors.

We’re 39/35 super chill and friendly, I’m born and raised from OC and my bf is from Long Beach. I’m in sales and finance and he is an electrician. We like to keep the place clean and are hoping to find someone with a similar vibe. Don’t mind if you have ppl over just be considerate is all we ask.
