Tripalink Apartments - Private Room/Shared Bath

This unit is a three-story townhouse with 4 rooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom. 2 of the rooms have private baths attached to them, and 2 of them share one bathroom which is not attached to either room. The room currently listed (Room 3) shares this external bathroom with room 4. Rooms 2, 3, and 4 are all upstairs on the third floor, while room 1 is on the first floor. Room 3 is roughly 10' x 11', comes with ample closet space to hang or store things, and is furnished with a desk, nightstand, chair, and queen sized bed frame and box spring mattress. The bed frame is about 1 foot off the ground, allowing for cubbies or other things to be stored underneath it. The desk is large enough for 2 standard monitor displays and a lamp while still leaving space to work. And, the desk has 2 shelves for extra storage. Outside of the room, you will find the shared bathroom and laundry units on the same floor. The kitchen, pantry, living room and the half bathroom are all on the second floor, with a small patio and plenty of windows as well. The kitchen and pantry are more than large enough for 4 people's belongings and appliances. There is a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, and 5-burner stove, along with the current residents' appliances. The main entrance to the property, the attached garage and room 1 are all on the first floor.

All floors in the unit, save for the first floor, garage floor, kitchen floor and bathroom floors are carpeted. The garage may hold up to two vehicles with room to spare for scooters or bikes. Two of the current residents are currently using the garage space for their vehicles, so it is generally unavailable for parking at the moment. The entire unit has central air conditioning and forced heating. All lights, smoke detectors, sinks, showers, toilets, doors, locks and other appliances are functioning properly. The unit comes with a washer and a dryer, which do not charge users per-load, though residents do pay for a water bill.

The unit is located within Irvine’s Business District, and is busy at times but quiet and tranquil most of the time. Nearby are many plazas and shopping centers, where you can find nearly everything you need. The community has a pool and jacuzzi, and housing is all townhomes with individual entrances.

Current residents are planning to renew their lease. Under this new lease, rent payments will be divided among residents as they see fit under a single lease, and the lease length will also be negotiable. We are aiming for something around 9 months, but we are flexible and willing to work around a new schedule.

Water, electricity, and internet not included in rent. All other utilities included in rent. Rent and utilities are billed to each resident and paid online through Tripalink’s resident portal. Water is paid separately and is billed exclusively to one of the other residents.

Parking is available through free unassigned street parking. Residents and guests may park free of charge, but there are limited spots which do fill up quickly.
