Room for Rent in Irvine

Room for rent in Irvine. Looking for respectful roommates who like a quiet living space. Primary bedroom is me (34M) and my wife (33F). Both of us work in education, no kids (and no plans for any). Our other roommate (33M) works in biochem and is out of the house often, and would share a bathroom with you (2 sinks, so you have your own station). We're all tenants to a private landlord, but my wife and I generally act as liaison to them to keep things simple. Happy to share contact info and utilities statements for transparency.

-All of us are generally very quiet. We have a few friends over a few times a month for dinner and/or a movie but never anything big.
-Landlord is hands-off, but quick to repair things as needed
-Shared living space and kitchen fully furnished.
-You're welcome to use our cookware and appliances, but please wash them right away so we can all use them.
-All bedrooms upstairs. (Bedroom for rent is unfurnished)
-We have 2 elderly dogs that are mostly in the backyard, but they come in from time to time only downstairs (they're afraid of going upstairs).
-Laundry in-house
-Street parking spot immediately in front of house. Quiet, friendly neighbors.
-Monthly utilities average ~$125 ±$10 each or so depending on a/c usage
