Furnished room with private entrance available in the exceptionally safe and clean neighborhood of Turtle Rock—just about two miles from UCI.

The bathroom is shared with a male UCI student and is professionally cleaned once a month, along with the room.

To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, the homeowners prefer a tenant who does not have frequent visitors or overnight guests.

A backyard sink is available for basic dishwashing needs
