Roommate Wanted – Furnished Studio Share The Park

Thank you for your interest. Before moving forward, I’d like to confirm that you understand and are comfortable with the following terms:

Living Arrangement
• Shared studio living arrangement
• Furnished sleeping area, including:
– Queen-sized bed with mattress and under-bed storage
– One 5-drawer dresser
– Two nightstands (2 drawers each)
– One lamp
– Curtain partition for privacy
- Shared bathroom with one other resident

Financial Terms:

Rent: $800/month

Rent is due on the 25th of the previous month

Utilities split separately (internet, water, trash, sewer)

Expectations
• Shared space and established house rules
• Standard screening process prior to approval

Please confirm that you understand and are comfortable with all of the above. Once confirmed, I will outline the next steps.

Parking not included (may be rented through management, subject to availability)

LENGTH OF STAY

Month-to-month

Maximum stay: No limit

30 days’ notice required

Extensions only by written agreement

SCHEDULE & WORKING ARRANGEMENT

I am home most of the time

Not suitable for full-time work-from-home inside the unit

Community offers an on-site café and computer lab (iLounge) for working or studying within the apartment complex

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Applicants must be able to verify:

Steady income covering at least the next 6 months

Good rental history

Willingness to complete an in-person interview covering expectations, house guidelines, and compatibility

Ability to pass building management screening and approval

Move-in may occur only after approval and signing the required occupancy addendum.

HOUSE EXPECTATIONS

Clean and respectful in shared spaces

Calm, clear communication

No smoking or vaping inside

Guests allowed occasionally with notice (No overnight guests without discussion)

Noise awareness early mornings and late evenings
