Room in beautiful new townhome-High end community!

My roommate just moved out of the state and I am looking for a new one. Move in is Dec 8th at the earliest. This is a new cool townhome in a beautiful community called Novel park designed by architect Taylor Morrison. It is in the Great park Neighborhoods. The place is fully furnished with high end items. Your room is about 12x11 and comes with a nice clean couch, desk chair, smart flat screen and floating shelves. Good sized closet with cubbies included. My name is Britt. I am male 31 and have a smallish sweet obedient dog named Lucy. Included is some fully loaded kitchen and pantry use equipped with new appliances. Also, some living room and tv use is cool. Your room will be fresh and clean with carpets shampooed. All you really need is a bed and the couch is there until you get one. I have some other furniture you can choose from. I am very clean and ask my roommate to clean up after themselves outside of their room. Would like someone who works full time if possible. Also, there are no bf's or gf's allowed to hang out inside. Friends sometimes, just run it by me. I am kind, sharing, and fun. Want someone who is kind, fun, and respectful. I will do anything I can to make you comfortable and help where I can. Rent is due upon move in. Fiber and utilities included. Your rent-$1500, $500 deposit. Full expenses for the whole place are $4,700/Month.
