Hello! I am looking for someone to sublease the den of my apartment for the summer! The apartment is located in The Promenade apartments, about a 5 minute drive from Irvine Spectrum!
Room details:
* Rent - $1600/month + $500 security deposit
* Den is 12x8 and includes: a sliding closing door, full access to balcony, and access to additional storage spaces on balcony and in laundry room
* Bathroom is full and will be shared
* Move-in = July 1st
* No contract - I am comfortable with month-to-month basis, with at least a 1 month advance notice on move-out
Home Perks:
* All utilities and wifi will be paid by me
* Full access to all community amenities, including: the 3 resort-style pools and jacuzzis, full-range gym, in-community cafe, mail room, package locker room for deliveries, 2 parks, and the many biking and walking trails located around the community
* Full access to kitchen and any of the kitchen supplies that I already have
* In-unit washer and dryer
* Parking is available all throughout the community on the street
