I own a beautiful, recently renovated condo in a safe gated community in Irvine and am looking for two roommates.

The condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath. High ceilings and spacious shared living area with fireplace, dining room, backyard, pool access, full kitchen, 2-car garage, plenty of street parking.

All major appliances are brand new (washer, dryer, stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, fridge) and rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. The rooms are currently furnished with new furniture.

All the furniture in the living/dining area is also brand new and the backyard with garden is spacious enough for dogs. (I may be fostering a dog from the animal shelter).

The gated community includes a playground with half basketball court, a communal pool + jacuzzi, plus access to Meadowood Park and Olympic sized pool. Meadowood Park is right next to the community within 2 minutes walking distance. The property is close to 5 freeways and 261 toll roads as well.

Parking is provided in the garage - one per roommate.

The utilities (water, gas, electric, trash) are covered up to $350 a month.

The substantial monthly condo association fees ($375) are also covered.

I’m looking for two female working professionals in their thirties and up, nonsmokers, dog lovers preferred.

Respectful open communication is a must.
