You will have a Casita with your own PRIVATE entrance that is separate from the main house. You will have no roommate. You will have control over your own air conditioning and heating system that is separate from the main house. The Casita will come FURNISHED and has only been lived in for less than 3 years. The room comes with a brand NEW mattress, and all furniture, appliances (incl. refrigerator, induction cooktop, and microwave), window coverings and wood floor are less than three years new. It will come with everything you see in the pictures except for the bedding. Main house’s kitchen and laundry machines are not accessible, but there is full laundry service available. The Casita is secured behind a private gate where you can relax in a courtyard. If you want privacy this is the place for you. Parking is convenient in front of the house. $1,525 per month for rent plus $175 for all utilities, trash, and Wifi.

The house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Portola Springs in Irvine where you will have access to a network of 19 private parks and 11 pools. Short walk to the immediate park next to us where you can find a resort style pool, jacuzzi, bbq, basketball court, tennis courts, and more. Next to many biking trails. Plenty of parking. It is only about 1-1/2 mile from the community park where you will find pickleball courts, baseball fields, soccer fields and tennis courts. The street and landscaping of the neighborhood makes people feel like they are on vacation every day. Streets are wide, clean and not congested. Lots of trees and open space. Walking distance to Crean Lutheran High School (private).

Only minutes away from nearby hiking trails. Centrally located with about 15 mintue drive to John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes to Laguna Beach and 25 minutes to Newport Beach. Close to Irvine Spectrum Center and the 5 freeway.
