My partner and I are looking for someone to take our 2nd bedroom while I am away for the summer. I will visit some weekends. We're thinking of a short term lease, 3 to 4 months.

It is a large room, furnished with a queen size bed, nightstands, electric stand up desk, bookshelf, and closet space. Some of my stuff are in the pictures, but I can take them out (such as the cat tree and the books). The bathroom is shared, but the toilet and bathtub are in separate rooms. There are 2 sinks in the bathroom area.

We have a 4 year old cat who is pretty chill, but might ask for some pets once she gets used to you. There's street parking available.

I'm a student and my boyfriend works. He works long hours and is usually very quiet. He'll just play his guitar once in a while.
