Spare room in a 2k sq ft home with private pool, jacuzzi, outdoor island BBQ, fire table & outdoor lounge furniture. Large yard for exercise area. Lived here since 2020 and it’s paradise. Looking at sharing the home for 5 months to start, open to longer. Everything is furnished, so it’s an easy move in and out. More pics available upon inquiry.

Two story, $2M home, 3 bedrooms upstairs - master bedroom, home office, and the spare bedroom with a detached full bathroom with dual sinks right next to it in a hallway separate from the other rooms. The spare bedroom is furnished, on the small side. Queen bed with $5k mattress, two side tables could be moved to garage so other furniture could be put in there (bedroom dresser can be moved in from garage). High-efficiency washer/dryer in the laundry room upstairs next to the bedrooms. Office has dual desks/chairs and can be shared when I’m not working.

Downstairs, great kitchen and small walk-in pantry. Kitchen is adjacent to living room with 65” TV, surround sound, gas fireplace. Both have views of the palm trees & pool in the backyard. Half-bathroom in hallway leads to the front room, currently used as a dining room (has transformer dining table, so it can be used for other purposes). Quiet neighborhood, safe and patrolled 24/7, it also has an HOA with full-size Olympic pool, 10-person jacuzzi and recreation area. House has A/C, high speed internet, cable, multiple wireless devices around the home for connectivity. House-cleaners come once a month. All yard work and pool maintenance is included in rent.

Female, exec in high tech, easy-going with a great sense of humor. Old-school GenX’er - young at heart with a no-drama policy. Looking for a housemate who works mostly outside the home.

I used to be very active, scuba-diving with whales, cage-diving with Great Whites, martial arts, hiking, travel, etc. Pandemic in 2020 changed that for me, so I’m home quite a bit (and I WFH). Plenty of room to hang out without being in each other’s space.
