Hi!!

I am looking to sublet my room in the brand new Plaza Verde II apartments, preferably to a female.

The whole building is brand new and the bedroom is a private room with a shared bathroom. The floor plan of the whole unit is the 4bed 2 bath B and the rent is about $1,114.95 every month. The unit is disability accessible and located on the 3rd floor.

The room itself is very spacious with lots of storage. It comes with a twinXL bed frame as well as mattress, storage space underneath the bed, desk & chair, and a large closet with hanging room and shelf storage. It also has a very nice view of the street with minimal noise. The bathroom is shared but has lots of individual storage. There are study rooms available on every level of the building to residents with the key fob as well as a laundry room on the 1st floor.

The building is conveniently near the shopping center Campus Plaza as well as two of the bus stops the Anteater Express stops at. It is a short 10 minute walk to UCI campus taking Campus Dr all the way down. It also is about 10 minutes from the ARC.

I would like to sublet the room as soon as possible for the rest of this quarter and then spring quarter. I am also looking to sublet it for summer from June 14th to August 31st 2024.
