The House is a 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath House in the Stonegate community near Sand Canyon and Irvine blvd.
The bedroom is unfurnished and the home is completely furnished. Shared Bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need.
A large walk in pantry. Pots pans and dishes etc... I am looking for an easy going, quiet roommate with a full time job. There is plenty of street parking available. If you have any other questions just ask. I am a 50 yr old easy going single professional male. I have lived in Orange County for 27 yrs. I am currently employed full time in’s Financial Services. I am an ambivert and can be both outgoing and fun or quiet and reserved. I spend some days out of the house working and in the evenings I like to exercise or take walks around the neighborhood. On the weekends I enjoy spending time at the beach, exercising or watching TV. During football season I enjoy watching the games and rooting for my team. I don't smoke or drink or do any drugs. I like to cook and prepare most of my meals at home and live a pretty simple quiet lifestyle. I am looking for a roommate that has a similar lifestyle and is easy going.
