LosOlivos in Irvine

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a responsible, easygoing roommate to share an apartment at beautiful Los Olivos Apartment Village.

Located in Irvine, ranked the safest city in America for 18 consecutive years. Los Olivos is known for its peaceful atmosphere and incredible amenities - including six saltwater pools and spas with cabanas, a 24-hour fitness center, I-Lounge, BBQ areas, volleyball, tennis, and pickleball courts, a coffee bar, and an on-site market and dry cleaners. There are also scenic walking trails and green spaces throughout, and it’s conveniently located across from Irvine Spectrum Center, Whole Foods, and the 405/5 freeways.

You’ll have your own private room (unfurnished) and bathroom in a quiet top-floor unit with lots of natural light and no upstairs neighbors. The apartment includes an in-unit washer dryer, and plenty of garage storage. It would be great if you could bring your own basic kitchenware (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.) so we can each keep our things clean, organized, and ready to use.

A little about me: I work a Wed/Thur off schedule, usually leaving for work around 10 a. m. and returning around 9 p. m. Outside of breakfast, I don't cook. I don't bring people over, I prefer to socialize outside of the home. I also have a small Frenchie who’s super friendly. She loves people and other pets, so I hope you enjoy animals, too!

We will split rent ($1660 each) and all utilities/wifi (budget for $150-200 each). 💰 Bonus: Having lived here for 8 years, I was able to work with the leasing office to keep the rent from increasing next year, which is rare, as they typically raise it by up to 10%. The 2026 lease will remain at the current rate.
