Hi there! My name is Aennie, I’m 29 years old and a recently licensed CA realtor. I also work part time at an oyster bar in Laguna Hills. I love trying new things whether it’s traveling, food, and/or all kinds of experiences. I have a great group of friends but don’t really have people over often (I prefer being outdoors). I also have a snuggly love bug dog named Blu who doesn’t bark but will always want belly rubs and love.

I’m looking for someone to take over one BR in a 2 BR 2 BA apartment in Irvine, CA. We’d each have our own bathroom! The complex has a salt water pool and jacuzzi, lots of lounge seating on the grounds, and a complex gym. Across the street from the complex is a shopping center with groceries such as Trader Joe’s and Ralphs, other stores like Home Goods and Home Depot, Chase and Wells Fargo, a gas station, and pllllenty of places to get food. There are at least 3 parks and 2 hiking trails within 2 miles and LOTS OF PARKING! Oh, and we have a washer and dryer in the unit.

I love to cook and enjoy sharing whatever I make with the people I care about. I’m a social creature but also love having my own space and understanding boundaries. I hope to hear from anyone who is super cool and down to earth, and isn’t an asshole lol
