Room for Rent, Share Living Room and Kitchen

I looking for a roommate that would like to share living room and kitchen. The room has it's own private bathroom, shower. The apartment is on the bottom floor and is wheelchair accessible. It does have A/C. There is parking.. I work as a full time teacher. In addition, I plan on the weekends via Zoom with other teachers. . I volunteer and do errands. I go to Journey Christian Church on Sundays. There will be some shared expenses like the internet and electricity.. I am tech savvy. I have a cat. I am friendly, kind, and compassionate.
