Community: My home is in the most darling community. There is always plenty of street parking. Community amenities include swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, cycling/running trails and shopping. Additional parking could be made available in the attached garage for an additional charge.
The right match for our home will be positive/have good energy and be SUPER clean, responsible and respectful. You must be okay with sharing the home with cats (i have two). No couples, children or pets. Occasional overnight guest is okay.
