One bedroom for rent in a three bedroom home to share with two housemates. Full bathroom is shared (with male housemate) with additional half bathroom downstairs. Room size is approximately 11x11. Full house privileges includes laundry (in garage) and kitchen - only if you are super, super clean!

Community: My home is in the most darling community. There is always plenty of street parking. Community amenities include swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, walking distance to trails and shopping. Additional parking could be made available in the attached garage for an additional charge.

The right match for our home will be positive/have good energy and be SUPER clean, responsible and respectful. You must be okay with sharing the home with cats (We have two). No couples, children or pets. Occasional overnight guest is okay. Preferred age range is 20s-40s.

About us:
My brother and I share the home are both working full time outside the home. He works nights and I work days. The shared bathroom with our future tenant is shared with my brother and there is an additional half bathroom downstairs.
