Downstairs private bedroom with a full bathroom separate from the rest of the house with its own entrance; plus use of the garage for storage and a kitchenette (stove, microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, bar table, chairs, and table and cabinet are provided). No access to the main house or its kitchen, laundry room access once a week.
No guests and must have a full-time job outside of the house. No pets. Some furniture can be provided.
Nice neighborhood next to the lake, walking distance to shops and restaurants, short biking distance to UCI and Concordia on dedicated bike trails.
