My roommates and I are looking for someone to take over our current lease at Main Street Village because we are relocating for new jobs (end of Jan - July 18th with the opportunity to renew when it's up). It's a 2b2b plan with in-unit washer and dryer, high ceilings, hardwood flooring and stainless still appliances. It is quite spacious (biggest 2-bedroom floor plan in the apartment complex) and kept in excellent condition. We are looking for ~$2400/month (Original rent is $2600 per month) but open to negotiations.
