Room for rent in 5 Star Luxury apartment living.

Hi there,
This is a great place to live. Safe and friendly environment! Two beautiful heated olympic size pools. if you're a swimmer, or like sun, it's incredible. A gym, a cycle room, and a yoga room that have classes available. Whole foods , restaurants, in walking distance. Shopping center nearby with shuttle service to and from.
I'm very clean and tidy, and would expect my room-mate to be the same. Not looking for someone to bring in a lot of "stuff". Only whatever you would want in your bedroom. My home is furnished and we would share a kitchen and living room as well as a bathroom so we would need to get over our shyness pretty quickly. The bedroom presently has a blow up bed, a table and light next to the bedside. There is a desk available if need be. Both could be removed to house your bed and what you want. It would hold a twin bed nicely but a full or queen would work as well depending on your situation..
The living room is clean and has a simple design aesthetic, nicely and comfortably furnished.
I dont mind overnight guests every once in a while, just don't want them to become a room mate or part of the scenery. Not into having strangers coming and going.
No drugs, no smoking, (not allowed in the facility), no alcoholics., no pets. (even though I love dogs). Dont mind a little pot, (perhaps for sleeping), but not wanting to be around someone using all the time. I enjoy wine with dinner.
Would love if I have a room mate that I perhaps share a meal together now and then. Looking for a way to cut back on rent while enjoying living with another person. Doesn't have to be my best friend but hoping for someone I get along well with
