Hi 👋 We are a friendly, active, health-conscious couple offering a private room & bath for the ideal roommate in our beautiful, 2500sf furnished, Tri-level home (with huge skylights!) in Huntington Beach harbor area —located just 1 mile from Seal Beach.

I’m an artist/therapist/mentor… and van design/builder :) My husband is a service manager for an HVAC company. We enjoy hiking, mtn biking, kayaking, motorcycle riding, traveling internationally and taking road trips in our awesome van :)

Our fully furnished home is very comfortable and peaceful. All common areas are shared—including kitchen, living room, reading den and laundry room, plus two large decks :)

We feel we have the nicest rental and most ideal location in OC… with easy access to the highways, parks, hiking areas, harbors and beaches!

We attract honest, reliable, conscientious, interactive, huggable housemates who enjoy sharing occasional meals together. Our home is free of smoke, drugs and alcohol, except for maybe a rare glass of wine shared at dinner.

Due to the STAIRS (and our lifestyle), we attract health-conscious, physically FIT roommates, mostly between ages 24-45. If you can walk up at least two flights with little effort, age is not so much of a concern! Room is very private and comes furnished (negotiable).

An honest, authentic, healthy, clean, reliable, open-hearted and purposeful connection is what matters most to us :)
