I have a private, unfurnished bedroom available in my Huntington Beach home. I’m looking for a clean, respectful, responsible roommate who wants a comfortable, peaceful place to call home.

ABOUT THE HOUSEHOLD

There are currently two people living in the home, including myself as the homeowner/landlord and one male tenant.

We both have pretty standard jobs and busy schedules, so this is a relatively quiet household. I work remotely two days a week, so I am home more often on those days, while otherwise maintaining a normal work schedule outside the home.

As for personality and interests, I’m a big fan of all things Halloween and spooky fun, Disney, romantasy, crafting, and video games. I enjoy having some fun with my interests and decorating for Halloween, but I also value having a comfortable and respectful home.

The male tenant also enjoys video games, so if you're into gaming, that's definitely something you may have in common with someone here. You don't need to share all of our interests, of course — we're simply looking for someone whose lifestyle and personality are a good fit for the household.

PETS

I have pets in the home, so you must be comfortable living with animals. I am open to discussing a roommate with a compatible, well-behaved pet, but any pet would need to be approved beforehand.

HOUSE RULES

No smoking inside the house; smoking is permitted outside
No drugs inside the house
No parties or disruptive behavior
Respect for shared spaces and the other people and pets in the home is important
Everyone is expected to keep their personal space and shared areas reasonably clean
Single occupancy only

SCREENING

For everyone's protection and peace of mind, prospective tenants will be required to complete a credit check and background check as part of the application process. Proof of income/employment and references may also be requested.

RENT

$1,400/month
$1400 Security deposit required
6-month lease

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, considerate, financially reliable, clean, and respectful of other people's space. Ideally, you're looking for a home rather than a place to throw parties and are comfortable being part of a household where everyone has their own lives and schedules.
