Private bedroom available in a clean, quiet, and respectful home. I’m a 30-year-old mom with two young children, so I’m looking for someone who is responsible, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces.

This would be a great fit for a student or a single mom looking for a peaceful, drama-free place to live.

A few things that are important to me:

* Cleanliness and respect for shared spaces.
* Open, honest communication.
* Guests are welcome, but since I have children in the home, I ask that you let me know ahead of time if you’ll be having anyone over. This is simply for safety and awareness.
* No extended overnight guests.
