Room for Rent - Hb

Hi! We have a room opening up in our house in Huntington Beach and we're looking for someone who wants more than just a place to sleep—we'd love to find someone who wants to become part of our little home.

A little about us:

The house is me (Cory), my girlfriend Makenna, my 16-year-old sister Abby (I'm her legal guardian), and our good friend Matt.

We're all pretty laid back, active, and outdoorsy. If we're not working, you'll usually find us surfing, hanging out at the beach, hiking, backpacking, taking the boat out, or just relaxing together at home. We have a really fun, positive household and genuinely enjoy spending time together, while also respecting everyone's personal space.

Because Abby is 16, we're looking for someone who'd be a good influence and a comfortable fit in the house. The girls would also feel most comfortable living with another woman, so we're looking for a female roommate only. The rest of us are mid 20s

Guests are welcome, and you'll have access to all the house amenities. We want everyone here to feel like it's their home.

The house is fairly social—we often hang out together—but there's never any pressure. Everyone also respects each other's privacy and downtime.

The only things we're really looking for are someone who is:

Kind and respectful
Fairly clean and picks up after themselves (we're not obsessive, just like keeping a nice home)
Looking for a stable, long-term place
No smoking, drugs, heavy partying, or couples
