I am a peaceful quiet person, don't care for drama, and prefer a clean and organized home. I like to cook, relax with a glass of wine, and watch my favorite shows on Netflix. I work M - F, 8a to 5p, so I keep a tight schedule during the week.

Master Bedroom available, it is unfurnished, has a full bathroom, and a Heater/AC unit. Full size wall to wall closet with mirrored sliding glass doors. Also included is an assigned parking spot.

Apartment is in a gated community, 3 miles from the beach, close to freeways and shopping. Large patio that overlooks pool and hot tub. You will have an assigned parking spot, laundry facilities, pool (with grilling access), and gym.

Rent is $1345.00 per month over a 12 month lease. Shared utilities include electric and cable/Wi-Fi. Room is unfurnished. SORRY NO PETS. NO Couples. No Kids. If interested you will need to complete an application, pay an application fee ($25), and a $500 deposit.
