• Big enough for a queen-size bed comfortably (kings fit too, but it’s a squeeze)

• Freshly deep-cleaned and move-in reay

• Shared with one future roommate (not currently occupied)
• Clean, well-maintained
• Full bath/shower
• I provide monthly deep-cleaning supplies

They are not allowed in tenant rooms unless invited.
Due to existing pets, no additional animals are *preferred.* But it's not a deal breaker

• No smoking or vaping indoors
• No drugs of any kind
• Light, respectful alcohol use only. No benders or raging alcoholics (yes it’s sad this has to be said)
• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM (Sun–Thurs)
• Guests allowed with prior communication
• Must use monthly flea prevention if you own pets
